Sandusky police charge man with murder of young woman

SANDUSKY, Ohio (WOIO) – Sandusky police found a young woman dead Thursday night and charged the man who reported her missing with murder.

According to Sandusky Police Chief Jared Oliver, officers received a call around 9 p.m. from Devin O’Brien reporting a missing young woman.

Officers responded to the 4000 block of Venice Road and after searching, found the girl dead, according to Oliver.

That led officers to arrest O’Brien, charging him with murder, according to Oliver.
