TONY IOMMI will be a guest on ROBBIE WILLIAMS’ new album

BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi will be a guest on the British pop star’s upcoming rock album Robbie Williams.

The news about Iommihis collaboration with the first TAKE THIS the singer was revealed by Robbhis drummer and musical director Karl Brazilwho said during an appearance at “Percussion Talk” podcast: “(Robb‘s) I have an album to follow that I’ve been working on. He works with various people, but I was lucky enough to do a few songs with him.”

“One of the plays actually did a play called “Rocket” with Tony Iommiwhich is very random,” he continued. “It’s great. It’s a rocker and it’s really, really cool. Right on my street. It’s kind of… I’ll let you hear it. but yes Tonyhe did his job with it. There are some great collaborations on this record. (SUPERGRASShis) Gas Coombes it’s there.”

As for the musical direction of the album, Karl said: “It’s mainly a guitar record, a bit of a throwback to his old ’90s sound, but mixed with a bit of modern pop as well. Let’s face it, (Robb) can do whatever he wants, can’t he?!”

Last July, Iommi released a new song called “Deified” along with his new fragrance, Tony Iommi deifiedfrom the luxury perfume company Xerjoff.

In February 2017, SABBATH finished “The End” tour in Birmingham, ending the quartet’s groundbreaking 49-year career.
