The estimated Powerball jackpot is $243 million. The pre-tax lump sum payment would be approximately $121.8 million.

Double Play is a feature that gives players at select locations another chance to match their Powerball numbers in a separate drawing. The Double Play draw takes place after the regular draw and has a cash prize of $10 million.

Powerball is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The Double Play add-on is available for purchase in 13 lottery jurisdictions, including Pennsylvania and Michigan.

A $2 ticket gives you a 292.2 million chance to join the Powerball jackpot hall of champions.
