During the episode, he expressed his desire to “get married” and have children, although he stressed the importance of not rushing things. “Of course I want to have my own child one day, but we decided to take our time,” Estes explained. “I don’t think we need to make any major decisions at this time.”

The couple first made headlines in February 2024 when Cavallari shared their relationship on Instagram, captioning a selfie with Estes saying, “He makes me happy 🤍.” Since then, he has appeared on the mother-of-three’s Instagram from time to time, showing off romantic photos from their summer travels. They recently returned from a getaway to Greece, where Cavallari posted several photos of their trip on social media. In the posts, they looked cozy and in love, sharing kisses and posing for the camera.
