A man pleads guilty to child sex charges and is wanted after allegedly escaping from prison

FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – An arrest warrant has been issued for Johnny Kincaid in Fayette County, West Virginia.

Fayette prosecutor Anthony Ciliberti Jr. says Kincaid pleaded guilty on July 25 to sex charges involving a minor. He was under house arrest pending his sentencing hearing, which was scheduled for October 11.

Ciliberti claims Kincaid removed his GPS ankle monitor and did not appear at the hearing.

Kincaid’s last known location was an apartment on Chestnut Street in Mabscott, West Virginia. He may be driving a white 2009 Ford Ranger with West Virginia license plate number 204635A.
