‘Trump Is Fucking Crazy’: Bill Maher Ratings Latest MAGA Madness as Conservative Guest

Bill Maher couldn’t resist ranking the “crazy” things former President Donald Trump said just last week, after right-wing “Real Time” guest Buck Sexton argued on Friday’s show that Vice President Kamala Harris was jumping too much in on taking politics seriously.

When Sexton stated that Harris has changed her mind on “a dozen different things” since 2020, Maher agreed that she had likely failed “the old standards by which we judged every other politician” in the past, but argued that Trump’s actions they are much crazier.

“Trump’s superpower is that he’s so fucking crazy,” Maher told Sexton, “and that he’s such an inveterate liar about everything he pulls out of his ass that it’s just baked into the cake and people accept it.

“Let me (remind you): this week it’s only Trump,” he continued. “First there was the hurricane issue. I’m just making up nonsense about the hurricane taking… “his FEMA money.” Kamala spent all, I think, “her billions”, as if she stole them from a bank and spent them “on accommodation for illegal immigrants”.

Trump actually lied about this at last week’s campaign rally in Michigan. (FEMA has a special disaster assistance budget that can only be used for disaster relief and not for other emergencies, the agency clarified earlier this month. The funds it uses to help shelter migrants come from from a separate pool of money).

Maher then reminded his pro-Trump guest of the ominous beginnings of the pandemic in 2020, “when there (were) only a few tests for Covid-19 in this country,” and pointed to a finding in Bob Woodward’s new book accusing Trump of ” he sent (one of these tests) to his buddy (Vladimir) Putin” and remains in contact with the Russian president.

This week, Trump called for an investigation into Harris’ appearance on CBS’ “60 Minutes,” saying it was edited in a misleading way and could prove to be a “serious violation of campaign finances.”

“She appeared on 60 Minutes,” Maher said Friday. “(Trump) later said what she did was completely illegal. On “60 Minutes” – Should CBS lose its license and be forced to concede the election? I mean, that’s his superpower.

He concluded: “You don’t even notice the madness because it’s so pervasive.”

Current polls for the November election show the race is neck and neck, with Harris leading Trump by just a few points. The Democratic candidate recently ended the media frenzy with shows like “Late Night with Stephen Colbert,” “The View” and the popular podcast “Call Her Daddy.”

Early voting in the presidential elections, both by mail and in person, has already begun in several states.
