Inhaltlich bekommen Besitzer der Taxi-Simulation new Features, darunter einen Fotomodus, steuerung des Taxis for Maus, Schnellblick-Funktion and Fahrschule plus jede Menge Überarbeitungenrun um das widerspenstige Verhalten der Radfahrer und KI-Fahrzeuge geboten. Darüber hinaus wurde eine nach längerer Spieldauer zum Programmabsturz führende Situation behoben und eine Reihe weiterer Verbesserungen umgesetzt.

Neben den aufgezählten und noch einmal im Detail im Änderungsprotokoll zu Patch 5 nachzulesenden Maßnahmen, beglückt das Entwicklerstudio die Spieler zusammen mit der Aktualisierung auch mit kostenlosen “Summer Cosmetic Pack”.

In der sommerliche Schwingungen verbreitenden Erweiterungen sind 2 sommerliche Fahrzeugdesigns, 2 Packungen mit rebelen Aufklebern für das Armaturenbrett und ein neuer Radiosender enthalten der mit positiver, entspannter Sommerstimmung aufwartet.

New features
-Photo Mode – We’ve added a photo mode so our players can take screenshots of their decked out vehicles like the Xzibit. You can adjust temperature, magnification level, film grain and much more. Have fun!
-Mouse control – a long-awaited accessibility feature. Thanks to this, players will be able to use the mouse for more precise driving while playing with a mouse + keyboard.
-Alternate Quick View – An alternate quick view mode will now be introduced:

You’ll find this switch in the settings menu and you can choose the style that suits you best.

-Hide HUD + Middle DOT – You can access this new feature from System Settings > Video > HUD Presence
-Return to Practice Mode – Players who want to brush up on their driving skills in a safe and chaos-free environment can now return to driving school and do just that. You can freely master these 3-point turns without the intense honking of other drivers.

Pedestrians
– Fixed pedestrian loops at narrow intersections in two districts.
– Pedestrians now stop at red lights when crossing in some neighborhoods.
-Pedestrians no longer walk through trees next to Umbracle.
– Problems with pedestrians moving up the stairs along the street. The Maritim de la Barceloneta were dissolved.
-Pedestrians no longer walk through walls in certain places on de Rosa Sensat.
-Cutting the area in the middle of Pg. de Joan de Borbó has been repaired.
-Pedestrians no longer walk through trees near Pça. de Pau Vila.
– Felling near the low fence at the entrance to Rda. de Sant Antoni was dissolved.
-Pedestrians sitting at tables near the cafe no longer clip into the buildings in the alley between Carrer de Tamarit and Rda. in San Pau.
-The issue of interference with buildings on Passeig de Circumvaŀlació has been resolved.
– Pedestrians no longer clip through the sidewalk when crossing train tracks.
– Fixed pedestrian collision issues with low obstacles.
– Pedestrians can now cross Carrer de la Drassana without any problems.
-Fixed floating and clipping issues near the garage.

AI vehicles
– Cars no longer try to turn around at Carrer de Freixures and enter the Santa Caterina market.
-AI vehicles no longer run into walls after Big RoadWorks appears on Av. Marques De L’Argentera.
-AI cars no longer block each other near the military parish church of La Ciutadella.
-Resolved issues with AI cars blocking when turning onto Carrer de la Princesa.

Miscellaneous
-The game no longer freezes during a cutscene when attempting a client challenge after a long game.
-The point in the center of the screen now properly fades out when using third person camera view.
-The correct voiceover is played for the female client during the error dialogue in the window.
-The “Select” button no longer resets the ON/OFF settings.
– “Device Type” now remains on the selected device when exiting the settings menu.
-The special button press tip can no longer be activated in the pause menu.
-The redundant “( )” has been removed from the earnings chart when the language is set to Spanish.
– The translations of “Shift up” and “shift down” in the control screen have been improved for Catalan.
-Weight and gearbox are now displayed correctly in the “PARTS” tab.
– Debug strings no longer appear when switching tabs in the radial menu using the steering wheel.
-Fixed speed limit settings on the main road between 2 districts.
– Wildcard strings no longer appear in the end-of-game confirmation window.
