Three days after his arrest and conviction, Soe was arrested and charged with the exact same crime.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of tampering with a motor vehicle on March 3, followed by another arrest and charge on May 28.

Soe pleaded guilty to earlier tampering charges filed on January 22 in exchange for the dismissal of charges filed between February 18 and May 28.

He was immediately given a one-year suspended prison sentence and ordered to complete cognitive skills training and “theft programming.”

Court documents show that if Soe does not complete his probation without incident, he could be resentenced to 90 days.
