According to the fire brigade, many roads in the city remain flooded.

Volusia County officials also told FOX 35 there have been a total of nearly 200 “high water” calls since Hurricane Milton. According to MPs, the calls include single rescue operations or the evacuation of entire houses.

DeLand officials reminded the community not to drive on flooded roadways after the hurricane.
