Due to high water levels, the man was trapped in his car.

The video shows officers pulling the victim out of the driver’s side window and getting into SHERP, a high-water rescue vehicle.

According to the Ministry, the man is safe.

About 100 residents of a flooded apartment complex were rescued Saturday in Wesley Chapel.

Officials are reminding residents to report to authorities if they are ordered to evacuate from flooded areas, as water levels may continue to rise in the days after Milton makes landfall.
