There will be several bank holidays in Australia next year where everyone can use the following annual leave hacks to get as many days off as possible. Here are the seven we will discuss:

  • Invasion Day – Monday, January 27, 2025
  • Good Friday – Friday, April 18, 2025
  • Easter Monday – Monday, April 21, 2025
  • Anzac Day – Friday 25 April 2025

And with that cleared up, let’s move on to the shortcomings of crack.

Invasion Day

It’s the busiest cultural day in Australia’s calendar, but January 27 is still a public holiday. So if you’re booking a trip and want to spice it up with an extra day off while saving up your limited annual leave, why not make good use of your days off around Invasion Day.

Using this annual leave hack could result in nine days of absence from the office, as well as the possibility of traveling to a place that doesn’t celebrate the day it was colonized.
