“All Onchan commissioners are guilty of misconduct,” the chairman says

Are all Onchan commissioners as bad as the others?

This was the question asked by the local authority chairman at his latest meeting to discuss the behavior of members, amid reports that two of them were in a personal dispute.

The board decided not to name or shame one commissioner who behaved inappropriately towards a member of the public during his meetings.

Chairwoman Zara Lewin stated that at times all members engaged in inappropriate behavior.
